Our client is seeking a Junior IT Analyst to support and enhance their NetSuite environment and related systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, coachable IT professional with strong problem-solving skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
The role blends technical support, requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and documentation with hands-on exposure to development, testing, and enterprise projects.

The role blends technical support, requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and documentation with hands-on exposure to development, testing, and enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and use case analysis.
- Support NetSuite and integrated systems through troubleshooting, issue resolution, and end-user support.
- Perform technical development using scripting and coding tools, with growth in JavaScript (JV Script) and SQL.
- Participate in UAT and systems testing for new solutions and enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical and business documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and propose IT solutions.
- Manage smaller projects independently and contribute to larger enterprise system initiatives.
- 1–3 years of IT experience with a solid technical foundation (early-career level).
- Strong oral and written communication skills; presentation skills are an asset.
- Familiarity with development tools, scripting, and coding.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with the ability to “connect the dots.”
- Technical and business documentation expertise (process mapping, training, and technical materials).
- High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, coachable, and eager to learn continuously.
- Exposure to NetSuite, SQL, or JavaScript is an asset.
- High Visibility: Work cross-functionally with senior leaders and project stakeholders.
- Blended Work: Combination of technical troubleshooting, system support, analysis, and project involvement.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Direct support from a hands-on manager, balanced with independence to take ownership.
