The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, partners closely with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs, and ensures a seamless, inclusive, and positive candidate experience while driving continuous improvement in processes, EVP, employer branding, and workforce planning.

- Compensation: $120-130k base salary + bonus
Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Partner with business leaders and HRBP to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates as well as to improve recruitment efficiency, quality of hire, and time-to-fill metrics. Design and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent pools.
- Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle for assigned client groups: oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: work closely with Hiring Managers and HRBP to understand staffing needs to develop and create job profiles and postings to align to business mandate.
- Source Candidates: utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen and Interview: evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Build Talent Pipeline: maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs and develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and community resources.
- Analyze Recruitment Metrics: monitor and report on recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and enhance the hiring process.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Strengthen the organization’s employer brand through social media, career events, partnerships, and employee referral programs. Working with the shared services team to leverage technology where applicable to enhance these avenues.
- Develop and promote Employee Value Proposition (EVP) messaging in alignment with company culture.
- Partner with the shared services team to optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Partner with the shared services team to track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics and insights to leadership.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local and federal employment laws, company policies, and DEI principles.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to guide them through best practices, interview training, and determining selection criteria and decision-making.
- Collaborate with HRBP, Learning & Development, and other functions to support onboarding, culture and talent initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 3 years of senior level recruitment experience
- Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop an engaging Employee Value Proposition
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, AI tools, recruitment marketing, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
