- Compensation: $60–65k + commission/bonus
- Work Model: Fully on-site, Monday–Friday (8:30am–4:30pm)
- Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

- Research and identify quality management decision-makers within small, mid, and large-sized companies
- Conduct 60-70 outbound calls daily, with follow-ups via email and LinkedIn outreach
- Generate 12–16 qualified leads per month and transition opportunities to the sales team
- Prospect from existing databases and new sources such as email campaigns, ZoomInfo, and web traffic
- Promote attendance at regular sales webinars and user conferences
- Create monthly outreach content for prospect and customer engagement
- Manage LinkedIn posts and digital marketing activities
- Handle inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and present product benefits
- Book phone appointments or webinar registrations for interested prospects
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track activity against lead targets
- Analyze survey results and marketing metrics, compiling reports for leadership
- Resident of Winnipeg & Canadian citizen (required)
- English fluency (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service — ideally with a software company
- Knowledge of QMS or ERP software is a strong asset
- Demonstrated success meeting lead generation quotas via phone outreach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Friendly, persuasive, and results-oriented personality
- Degree in Marketing or Business is an asset
