Our client, a well-established downtown law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Conveyancer to join their busy Real Estate team supporting major builder clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys managing files from start to finish with accuracy and independence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full conveyancing process for new residential developments, including presale agreements, purchase agreements, and title transfers
- Prepare and review real estate documentation for residential and commercial transactions (purchase/sale agreements, mortgages, land titles, trust letters, closing documents, etc.)
- Conduct title, tax, and corporate searches; identify and resolve title issues; ensure compliance with provincial regulations
- Coordinate with builders, lenders, municipal offices, and realtors to obtain permits, approvals, and required documentation
- Oversee closings from start to finish, including payouts, registrations, and final reporting
- Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates to ensure a smooth and efficient process
- Track deadlines, diarize critical dates, and ensure timely completion of all transactions
- Support team workflow by assisting colleagues as needed to balance high-volume workloads
- Minimum 3 years of conveyancing experience, preferably with builder-related residential files; commercial transaction experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, conveyancing procedures, title transfers, and builder agreements
- Proficiency with real estate/legal software such as Unity, SPIN II, or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to independently manage full files while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
