You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting, while driving best practices in inventory management within a complex production and manufacturing setting.

About the Role
As the Inventory Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating inventory control processes across all Canadian sites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting, while driving best practices in inventory management within a complex production and manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across Canadian operations.
- Lead process improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Supervise and support inventory and scrap yard clerks.
- Monitor systems for variances, perform audits, and prepare reports for external auditors.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and contribute to collaborative projects.
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with inventory management exposure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Kronos, and Oracle.
- Ability to travel within North America as required.
