The Senior Program Manager – Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) Implementation will lead a high-profile, multi-year program focused on implementing QRM solutions across the organization. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can oversee all aspects of program delivery, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and manage cross-functional teams and vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the program meets its objectives, stays on schedule and budget, and adheres to governance and regulatory standards, while providing clear communication and guidance to both business and technical teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the program meets its objectives, stays on schedule and budget, and adheres to governance and regulatory standards, while providing clear communication and guidance to both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities
Program Oversight & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) Implementation Program, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
- Develop and manage the integrated program roadmap across all workstreams including Data, Configuration, Testing, IT Infrastructure, MR, and GTCZ.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Technology.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reviews with Enterprise Transformation leadership.
- Partner with GT Data Management, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure teams, and Business SMEs.
- Act as a bridge between Business Analysts and Technology SMEs to align functional requirements with technical delivery.
- Maintain risk registers, escalate critical issues, and ensure governance in line with the Enterprise Delivery Framework.
- Drive issue resolution plans across Technology, Business, and Vendor stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, including Quantitative Risk Management, cloud hosting providers, and consultants.
- Track and report on multi-million-dollar capital and expense budgets, supporting funding requests and SIP processes.
- 7–10 years of program delivery experience in complex, regulated environments (financial services, Treasury, or Risk).
- Strong knowledge of ALM, FTP, liquidity frameworks, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Category III bank, SIRR, NSFR).
- Proven success delivering hybrid (cloud/on-prem) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Treasury tools or platforms such as Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) or Anaplan.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with experience thriving in matrix environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
