Our client, a well-established organization in Halifax, is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for a 2 week contract! This role offers the opportunity to contribute immediately to a high-priority assignment and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of key documents.

Benefits & Perks
  • Compensation: $20–$23/hour
  • Please note, this will be a 2 week contract and fully on-site at Client’s Halifax office.
  • Free parking on-site

Responsibilities
  • Format 80–100 Word documents to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Correct structure, sentence placement, and layout for professional presentation
  • Provide administrative support to the Director as required
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to meet project deadlines

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have 1+ years of administrative support and data entry experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and positive, professional attitude
