They are now seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and elevate their brand presence in Winnipeg and beyond.

Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will play a key leadership role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales initiatives. This position requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, with responsibility for overseeing digital and traditional marketing channels, managing external partners, and collaborating closely with the sales team and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives, sales targets, and brand positioning.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.
  • Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives such as print, radio, outdoor advertising, and community events.
  • Manage brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s premium positioning.
  • Lead content creation for campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design marketing strategies that generate leads and enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize ROI.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor/agency relationships.
  • Oversee community engagement initiatives, sponsorships, and show home events to strengthen local presence.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior marketing staff
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate, home building, or a related industry preferred but not necessary
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand-building.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external vendors.
  • Leadership experience is an asset.
