Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, conducting due diligence, managing electronic and physical files, and coordinating with internal departments and clients. You will work closely with a single legal professional, allowing for deeper collaboration and skill development while contributing to the efficient and professional operation of the legal team.

The Requirements
- Legal Assistant or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a legal assistant role preferably focused on corporate commercial law, real estate, or secured lending
- Strong understanding of BC Land Title Office registration processes and e-filing
- Experience drafting legal documents for real estate and lending transactions
- Familiarity with BC Online, LTSA, and municipal property databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe
- Salary: $50,000–$75,000, depending on experience
