Project Manager – Power BI/Microsoft Fabric

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact Business Intelligence (BI) initiative leveraging Microsoft Fabric. This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners to ensure successful execution on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of BI projects with a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business users to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Provide clear and timely communication with executive stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Apply best practices in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall or hybrid) to optimize project outcomes.
• Oversee change management, training, and adoption activities to maximize value from BI solutions.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, with a proven track record in BI, data, or analytics projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its integration with the Microsoft data ecosystem (Power BI, Synapse, Azure Data Lake, etc.).
• Solid understanding of business intelligence concepts, data governance, and analytics delivery.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification considered an asset.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
