Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with our client in Saskatoon for an immediate opportunity. We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist for an immediate temporary assignment in Saskatoon. Candidates must already hold a valid and current Federal Government security clearance to be considered.

Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and route incoming calls, take messages as needed
- Manage reception desk operations, including sign-in procedures and security protocols
- Handle mail, courier packages, and office deliveries
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist staff with day-to-day office needs as required
- Active Government of Canada security clearance (mandatory – applications without clearance cannot be considered)
- Previous reception or front-desk experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) an asset
