Our client, an independently owned, full-service insurance brokerage with a national presence, is looking to grow their Personal Lines Sales team! If you are an experienced insurance broker with expertise in closing new business leads, this could be a great opportunity to join a thriving organization!

Benefits & Perks
  • Base salary in the range of $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Attend to client inquiries via emails and phone calls for their personal insurance needs
  • Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients for auto, home, tenant, condo, and other personal lines products
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional products to maximize account growth
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes using company portals and broker management system
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall brokerage growth
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance sales
  • Must possess a valid RIBO license
  • Ability to work full-time from the Burlington office
  • Previous experience in working with and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working with insurance products from various insurance carriers and MGAs is a strong asset
