- Base salary in the range of $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience
- Commission on new business written

- Attend to client inquiries via emails and phone calls for their personal insurance needs
- Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients for auto, home, tenant, condo, and other personal lines products
- Cross-sell and upsell additional products to maximize account growth
- Prepare and present insurance quotes using company portals and broker management system
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall brokerage growth
- Minimum 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance sales
- Must possess a valid RIBO license
- Ability to work full-time from the Burlington office
- Previous experience in working with and exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with insurance products from various insurance carriers and MGAs is a strong asset
