We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly to changing circumstances, and collaborates effectively with colleagues across international locations. Operating within a 24/7 environment, you will play a critical role in managing time-sensitive shipments across North America, Latin America, and global destinations.

Available Shifts:
- Friday – Monday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Friday – Sunday | 8:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
- Coordinate time-critical shipments, both domestic and international, across the United States, Canada, Latin America, and additional global regions.
- Manage urgent logistics solutions such as Next Flight Out (NFO) and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments.
- Monitor, update, and track orders throughout their lifecycle using internal logistics systems.
- Collaborate with remote international teams to ensure smooth handovers and uninterrupted service delivery.
- Act as the first point of contact in emergencies—responding rapidly, assessing situations, and implementing effective solutions within strict deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, and global partners while demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Investigate shipping challenges, resolve issues using available tools, and escalate when appropriate.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Actively participate in virtual collaboration (MS Teams) to support shared workflows and ensure team alignment.
- Provide coverage for colleagues to maintain 24/7 operational continuity.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, ideally in time-sensitive freight or courier environments.
- Strong knowledge of AOG, NFO, or comparable urgent freight operations.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability in a shared order environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations and client interactions calmly and effectively.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive, energetic, and collaborative work style.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and to cover extended shifts (12 hours), including weekends.
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams; familiarity with logistics platforms (e.g., Prizm or similar systems) is an asset.
- Capacity to quickly learn new systems and processes through training and hands-on experience.
