Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with a Healthcare organization in Winnipeg to recruit for an Administrative Assistant for an immediate opportunity. This role will ideally start as part time and is looking for a candidate that is flexible to meet the demands of the business and be available for full time hours as needed. This is an onsite role in Winnipeg, Manitoba starting as an immediate temporary opportunity and could become temporary to hire for the ideal candidate. If you have experience working within the Healthcare industry as well as experience with donation software we want to hear from you!

- Assist with preparing for upcoming conferences including attendee registrations
- Prepare correspondence, and materials for board meetings
- Order office supplies and answer phones
- Filing, scanning and data entry into Excel
- Update the website with upcoming events
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Two plus years of experience as an Administrative Assistant ideally in the Healthcare industry
- Experience with Microsoft Office, and proficient with Excel
- Experience with donor databases is an asset, especially DonorPerfect
- Ability to multitask in a professional environment, meeting deadlines while remaining flexible to assist the team
- Flexible availability 25 - 37.5 hours per week
- Criminal background check is required
