As a Senior Claims Adjuster, Commercial Casualty, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional claims service by efficiently investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling wide range of claims in accordance with established best practices.

  • Base salary between $80,000 – $100,000+ (based on experience)

  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong client service relationships
  • Handle a high volume of casualty and liability claims (approx. 85% liability) including:
  • Product liability, slip and fall, injury-based incidents, equipment failures
  • Professional liability, third-party property damage, auto bodily injury
  • Litigation files – mediation, settlement, and trial experience preferred
  • Provide oversight and guidance to team members
  • Ensure timely documentation and adherence to client-specific service metrics
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in casualty and liability adjusting
  • CIP designation required
  • Strong organizational and client service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Adjuster license and/or compliance with applicable provincial requirements
