What You’ll Do
- Oversee the full estate processing lifecycle—reviewing documents, validating beneficiary details, and liaising with legal representatives.
- Lead estate account openings and transitions, ensuring all forms and compliance requirements are met.
- Process payments, deposits, and asset transfers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous client records and ensure data integrity across CRM and portfolio management systems.
- Prepare and review client statements and estate reports in collaboration with portfolio managers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and advisor inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
- Contribute to special projects as the role evolves.
- Proven experience in estate administration within wealth management or financial services.
- Solid understanding of estate settlement procedures, trust administration, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or a related field (specialized estate training or certifications are a plus).
