Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex real estate and land use litigation matters, including disputes involving property rights, development, zoning, permitting, and environmental compliance.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations/arbitrations.
- Advise clients, including property owners, developers, and businesses, on regulatory and litigation strategies.
- Collaborate with partners and other associates across various practice areas.
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with demonstrated exposure to real estate, land use, or environmental litigation.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Member in good standing of the Washington State Bar.
