We’re hiring a detail-driven Accounts Payable Clerk for a 1-month temporary contract (potential for extension) with a well-established real estate and property management company in Vancouver. If you enjoy working with numbers, keeping things organized, and supporting a collaborative finance team — this could be the perfect fit.

This position will be starting immediately and will be fully in office. 

What you’ll do:
  • Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Match, batch, and code invoices for multiple properties and vendors
  • Prepare payment runs and reconcile vendor accounts
  • Assist with month-end reporting and maintain organized AP records
What you bring:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or full-cycle accounting
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Yardi, SAP, or QuickBooks)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
