Our client, a national professional services firm with a reputation for excellence, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their Vancouver office during a busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a respected organization while expanding your admin experience.
This position will be starting immediately for 2 months with potential for extension.

This position will be starting immediately for 2 months with potential for extension.
What you’ll do:
- Provide calendar and meeting support for a small leadership team
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and client correspondence
- Coordinate internal communications and assist with office logistics
- Handle incoming calls and manage the front desk (on rotation)
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A warm, professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential info
- Post-secondary education is preferred
