Benefits & Perks
- $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (Based on experience)
- 4 weeks vacation

- Support all leasing activity and lease renewals in coordination with the leasing team
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants through consistent communication and responsive service
- Anticipate and resolve tenant needs and concerns to promote retention and successful tenancy
- Conduct regular property inspections and initiate corrective measures where required
- Assess and monitor capital improvement plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Manage all day-to-day mall operations, including security, maintenance, janitorial, and building systems
- Deliver high-quality property management services that enhance the tenant and customer experience
- Monitor vendor performance and service level agreements to ensure contractual and operational compliance
- Prepare and present annual operating and capital budgets to ownership and senior management
- Monitor and control expenditures, review purchase orders, and prepare monthly variance reports
- Track and analyze tenant sales as part of operational and leasing performance evaluation
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of 15+ employees
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives
- Drive long-term strategic planning including asset repositioning, redevelopment, and revenue diversification
- Champion innovation and transformation to ensure the mall remains competitive, experiential, and aligned with evolving consumer and tenant needs
- Identify and implement creative revenue streams such as pop-ups, sponsorships, experiential retail, and mixed-use partnerships
- 5+ years experience as a Retail General Manager or a Retail Property Manager
- Leadership Experience / Experience leading a team
- Leasing and Budgeting experience
