We are hiring a Branch Administrator for our Financial Services client located in Downtown Vancouver. The Branch Administrator supports a great group of Advisors and Managers and ensures office administration operations are running smoothly. This role is client facing, the ideal candidate is someone who enjoys detailed administration work but also enjoys working directly with customers.

The Branch Administrator will be responsible for office operations including reception, ordering office supplies, coordinating meetings and supporting Advisors and Clients. The ideal Branch Administrator will have 2+ years of administrative experience, excellent customer service skills and enjoy a role with diverse responsibilities.

About The Opportunity

The ideal Branch Administrator will have 2+ years of administrative experience, excellent customer service skills and enjoy a role with diverse responsibilities.
About The Position
- Reception – answering client calls and directing them to the appropriate advisor or assisting them directly.
- Coordinating meetings.
- Drafting correspondence and documents.
- Ensuring client files are in order.
- Assisting the sales team with client leads.
- Calling and emailing clients, following up on documents, required information.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Onboarding new clients, closing and opening accounts.
- Supporting with ad hoc projects.
- 2+ years of administration experience.
- Post secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
- Financial Services industry experience is desired.
- Experience opening and closing client accounts is an asset.
- Completion or working towards the CSC (Canadian Securities Course), or a MFDA is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable and enjoy working directly with clients.
- Desire and willingness to complete education and courses towards career progression within the organization.
- Annual salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
- 3 weeks vacation.
