Our client in Guelph, Ontario, is in search of a seasoned, skilled Account Manager. This position is full-time in office.
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage and serve a designated portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing and nurturing enduring, trustworthy relationships with partners and clients.

- Own the full client relationship lifecycle and strategic growth of the account
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
- Assume ownership of the account from the moment it is transitioned out of implementation
- Conduct training sessions for clients
- Coordinate with various internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales personnel to foster enduring client relationships and drive growth
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing proactive, personalized service that also drives strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and Customer Effort Scores (CES).
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree from a University or College, with a focus on marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration.
- 3-4 years of confirmed experience in either operations or account management.
