Are you a strategic finance leader ready to shape the capital and liquidity strategy of a dynamic, growth-focused company? We’re seeking a Vice President of Treasury to join our executive team and play a pivotal role in managing capital, optimizing financing strategies, and scaling financial systems across a diverse portfolio of businesses.  This is a newly created position within the organization.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CFO, the VP of Treasury will lead capital markets strategy, liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation. You’ll be instrumental in funding new developments, enhancing returns across our lending businesses, and supporting operational growth in our manufacturing portfolio.  This is an in office role. 

What You’ll Do
  • Secure and manage financing for real estate development projects and operations across all business lines
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with financial institutions and industry partners
  • Lead treasury operations including forecasting, liquidity planning, fund transfers, and compliance
  • Develop capital allocation strategies to optimize debt and equity structures
  • Manage risk exposure, including interest rates, currency, and commodity pricing
  • Oversee the development of scalable treasury systems to support lending and project growth
  • Provide strategic insights to the CFO and executive leadership to support data-driven decisions
  • Monitor financial performance, improve funding costs, and help drive sustainable profitability
  • Establish robust internal controls for treasury activities and ensure regulatory compliance
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in real estate development financecommercial lending, and capital markets
  • Proven success in raising project financing and optimizing capital structures
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management skills
  • Experience developing systems that support underwriting, funding, and rapid growth
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and executive presence
  • A mindset rooted in strategyexecution, and continuous improvement
