Personal Lines CSR (Remote)

This Personal Lines CSR will help manage a book of business, provide excellent customer service with various inquiries and processing. This role can be fully remote based anywhere in Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients, discussing their insurance needs and helping them with questions or concerns.
• Answer incoming phone calls from clients and provide helpful, professional support.
• Help create and produce new insurance policies under supervision, ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant.
• Identify opportunities to offer and explain additional coverage options to existing clients.
• Assist with routine policy reviews and help process policy renewals.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and support general office administration as needed.
• Learn and apply knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products (e.g., auto, home) and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience at a brokerage in Personal Lines service.
• Must have valid AIC license Level 1 or 2.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using email, phone systems, and data entry tools.
• Willingness to learn insurance terminology and products (training provided).
• Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
