We are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant with 2–6 years of experience to join a dynamic and highly regarded legal team based in downtown Vancouver. About the Opportunity
The ideal candidate will bring recent experience in employment, labor, or commercial litigation and will be comfortable managing a high volume of legal administrative tasks. You’ll be supporting a team of lawyers with file management, calendar coordination, document preparation, and client communication.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Managing files from opening to closing, including organizing documents and filing email correspondence
  • Independently diarizing deadlines, managing a lawyer’s calendar, and maintaining a reliable bring-forward (BF) system
  • Preparing monthly accounts and expense reports
  • Coordinating administrative and marketing tasks for assigned lawyers
Qualifications
  • Legal Administrative Certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2–6 years of recent legal administrative experience (employment/labor or commercial litigation preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using MS Teams, OneDrive, and a document management system
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently and efficiently
Compensation
  • $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary, dependent on experience.
  • Hybrid work available after three months
