The Role
As an Account Manager at Aplin, you will:
  • Serve as the key contact for assigned small-to-medium and large enterprise clients.
  • Build and expand client relationships with creativity and initiative.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and verticals.
  • Strategize for client growth and successfully introduce Aplin’s brand to new markets.
  • Actively network to boost brand recognition and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with our seasoned recruitment and business development teams.
What We Look For
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience (1–6 years) in Account Management, Sales, or business-to-business (B2B) environments."
  • Self-Starter: Proactive and driven—comfortable building business from the ground up.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: Operates with urgency, positivity, and resilience.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident using MS Office and CRM platforms.
  • Competitive Spirit: Enjoys setting and beating ambitious goals.
  • Willingness to Learn: Open to new skills and eager to grow.
  • Qualifications: University degree or diploma.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped commission opportunities
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health, additional paid time off, flexible hybrid schedule
