  • Handle high-volume AP/AR and invoice management with attention to accuracy and deadlines
  • Maintain and update project job codes and cost tracking throughout the life cycle of each project
  • Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, commitments, and actual costs
  • Monitor and report on project percent completion and revenue recognition
  • Reconcile project costs and prepare monthly WIP and cost reports
  • Ensure compliance with real estate and construction accounting practices
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly draw packages, billing schedules, and supporting documentation
  • Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany allocations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support decision-making
  • Support year-end audit preparation and respond to auditor queries as required
What You Bring

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general accounting software
  • Familiarity with Jonas is an asset
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and project cost tracking preferred
  • A proactive, analytical mindset and a genuine interest in learning the business behind the numbers
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to partner with non-finance teams
Compensation + Perks:
  • Competitive base salary: $70,000–$85,000 depending on experience
  • Annual bonus
  • 3 weeks of vacation
  • Comprehensive extended health benefits
