Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary General Office Clerk to support our team during an upcoming project in Saskatoon. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of clerical tasks and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of general office and administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record keeping
  
  
• Support project logistics and assist with organizing materials and supplies
  
  
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  
  
• Maintain organized workspaces and project documentation
  
  
• Lift and move boxes or supplies up to 50 lbs as required
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  
  
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
  
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
  
  
• Comfortable working in a team environment and taking direction
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  
  
• Commitment to workplace safety and following established protocols
  
  
• Criminal background check is required
