ABOUT THE POSITION
As a key member of the Buildings team, you will support the full building commissioning process from planning through occupancy. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and a hands-on approach to project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and executing commissioning activities for new building construction projects.
  • Coordinating commissioning plans, documentation, and deliverables.
  • Conducting field reviews, functional performance testing, and verification of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Leading commissioning meetings with clients, contractors, and design teams.
  • Supporting LEED and sustainability-related commissioning processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure systems operate as intended.
  • Assisting with training, system manuals, and post-occupancy reviews.
THE REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or BA in Electrical drafting or technology
  • 5+ years experience in a drafting position for electrical systems for buildings and industrial infrastructure projects in Canada
  • Excellent proficiency using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM 360
COMPENSATION
  • $80,000 - $120,000
  • Hybrid work schedule
