Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as TMP (Thermo Mechanical Pulp) Manager.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Mill Co-Manager and with safety as their highest priority, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all TMP production operations. Your goal will be to ensure the efficient and economical production of high-quality pulp. The TMP operations at PHP include three refiner lines, bleaching, heat recovery, and clay furnish supply.

As a key member of the PHP Senior Leadership Team, you will lead your team in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will also play a strategic role in advancing fibre production, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Paper Science; with at least ten years pulp and/or paper production experience coupled with five years in a supervision role. Leading and performing in a highly technical, fast-paced manufacturing or related industrial environment.
