Branch Manager

An established and growing insurance brokerage located in the heart of the Okanagan Valley is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Line Advisor to join the team in a dual role as a Senior Personal Lines Specialist and Office Manager, with the opportunity to grow into an equity partnership role over time. Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a mid-sized office, managing 5 to 7 in-office team members. 
• Provide leadership and guidance across the Personal Lines team
• Support onboarding and mentorship of new staff, contributing to a positive team culture.
• Handle a book of Personal Lines business directly, ensuring excellent client service and retention. 
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership on business growth and transition planning

Qualifications

• Level 3 General Insurance License (or working toward it).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Personal Lines, with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
