The Content Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring client bill rates are correct, that client contract rates are entered correctly, and will work closely with a variety of departments to ensure data integrity. Working with a variety of IT systems, experience with legal software is essential; you will be the main point of contact for initial troubleshooting.

About the Opportunity
The Content Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring client bill rates are correct, that client contract rates are entered correctly, and will work closely with a variety of departments to ensure data integrity. Working with a variety of IT systems, experience with legal software is essential; you will be the main point of contact for initial troubleshooting.
About the Position:
- Acts as the first point of contact for any system troubleshooting.
- Coordinates with billing to ensure client rates are entered accurately and timely manner.
- Responsible for maintaining the client bill rate database.
- Provides data analysis and audits for consistency across all locations.
- Accurate data entry, bill rates, special rates, and updating client information.
- Manages all data importing and exporting projects.
- Provides regular reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Ensures effective communication relating to changes and discrepancies to the appropriate departments.
- Post-secondary education.
- 3+ years of experience in contracts, legal billing, or content management.
- Prior experience in legal, experience with a variety of legal software systems is desired.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Prior experience managing internal IT systems, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and strong problem-solving abilities is an asset.
- Experience with content management systems, client contracts management is an asset.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Prior experience managing highly detailed information and auditing for errors is desired.
- Annual salary range $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
