Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative work culture
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall performance
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Data-driven decision-maker with solid analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
