We’ve partnered with an established insurance brokerage that provides tailored life insurance solutions and strategic planning services for high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs. The firm focuses on optimizing intergenerational wealth transfer, estate planning, and legacy preservation within a broader financial context.

As a Senior Advisor in Advanced Planning, you will work closely with a dedicated group of clients, their legal and tax advisors, and other Centers of Influence (COIs) to support the implementation of sophisticated insurance-based strategies. This role involves ongoing review and refinement of planning structures to ensure they remain aligned with clients’ evolving personal and financial objectives.

Ideal for professionals with a background in tax, wealth management, or experience in a multi-disciplinary environment such as a family office, this position emphasizes collaborative advisory work, long-term relationship management, and technical insight over traditional sales. You’ll be a key resource in designing integrated solutions that complement broader estate and succession plans.

Compensation:  $160,000 to $190,000 base + discretionary bonus and benefits.
