About the Opportunity
This is a national role ideal for an experienced and self-driven Project Manager who is comfortable managing projects across multiple provinces, particularly in  BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. You’ll oversee full project delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining close coordination with superintendents, trades, clients, and consultants. This is a great opportunity for a PM who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys travel.

About the Position
As Project Manager, you will lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with scope, design, safety, and quality requirements. You’ll coordinate internal and external teams, provide on-site support, manage contracts, and serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project execution across Canada, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Oversee contracts, purchasing, invoicing, and site compliance with safety and building codes
  • Provide guidance to site staff and support construction planning and execution
  • Ensure project adherence to specifications, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive construction experience
  • Proven success managing commercial, residential, warehouse, or retail projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, codes, and safety standards
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Canada
  • Experience with large retail or distribution/warehouse builds is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary $120,000 – $150,000
