Benefits & Perks:
- Compensation: $60K to $70K base salary
- Work Setup: Fully on-site at the client’s Guelph, ON location
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Permanent Opportunity + 3 weeks Vacation
Responsibilities:
Technical Support
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Resolve support tickets via phone, email, or in person
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and IT tool training
- Maintain IT documentation and update ticketing systems
Device Management
- Set up, deploy, and manage laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Use Microsoft Intune for device configuration and management
- Procure and maintain inventory of IT hardware and mobile phones
System & Network Administration
- Manage user accounts, access, and permissions in Microsoft 365
- Support Wi-Fi and basic office network troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems
- Proficient with Windows OS and device setup
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
