About the Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of multiple high-rise concrete residential developments. This leadership role involves managing projects concurrently, guiding project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of complex builds. Reporting directly to senior leadership and based out of the Vancouver office, you will lead a group of Project Managers, ensuring alignment across a portfolio of projects. About the Position

You’ll shape project strategy, provide technical guidance, and help steer the company’s long-term vision as it scales both its residential and light industrial/commercial divisions.
- Oversee full lifecycle project delivery of 3–4 concurrent high-rise residential developments
- Define and manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource planning
- Lead and mentor Project Managers and field teams, ensuring quality and consistency across sites
- Monitor project risks, proactively resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Collaborate with consultants, trades, city officials, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and seamless coordination
- Evaluate project performance, provide reporting to executive leadership, and contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Proven experience managing high-rise concrete residential projects from pre-construction through occupancy
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, with strong mentorship and communication skills
- Technically confident in construction practices, drawings, specs, and trade coordination
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities—can operate with autonomy and minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, and AutoCAD
