Our client is looking for a skilled CRM Systems Analyst to join their IT Customer Applications team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing CRM and MarTech platforms to support evolving business needs. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance, data integrity, and the successful delivery of technical solutions. This role offers a flexible hybrid work style with the ability to work from home and attend the office as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve production issues in alignment with change and release management practices.
- Implement system enhancements and support new feature deployments.
- Translate business requirements into effective CRM and MarTech configurations.
- Customize workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations to support business processes.
- Develop and maintain custom features, scripts, plugins, and APIs.
- Ensure consistent data structure and system integration across platforms.
- Monitor system performance and resolve related issues proactively.
- Maintain data integrity through audits, validation rules, and system maintenance.
- Manage system updates, patches, and integrations.
- Coordinate vendor support and manage support tickets as required.
- Administer user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
- Strong skills in configuration and customization of Dynamics 365.
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate and Marketo.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and integration best practices.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance principles.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and use of REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, data migration, and version control (e.g., GitLab).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Marketo is a strong asset.
