- Base salary between $90,000 - $120,000 depending on years of relevant experience

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of commercial lines brokers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's commercial insurance portfolio and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Level 1 or 1 Alberta insurance license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Insurance sales role.
- You have mentored or coached junior staffs and provided training.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and drive strategic initiatives.
- CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an asset
