Working directly with the CEO and CFO, the HR Advisor takes care of the entire HR portfolio. Supporting managers and employees in multiple provinces and internationally, the HR Advisor will lead Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Health and Safety and much more!

About The Position
- Leads talent acquisition efforts, taking the lead on senior level hiring initiatives.
- Manages employee engagement programs.
- Annual review of compensation, benefits and learning and development.
- Supports employees across multiple provinces.
- Participates in performance management, coaches and attends employee meetings.
- Provides advice on employment legislation across multiple provinces.
- Updates and ensures HR policies and best practices are in place.
- Identifies payroll discrepancies.
- General HR administrative tasks as applicable.

- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner position.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources.
- CPHR designation is desired.
- Familiarity with employment standards across multiple provinces is an asset.
- Prior experience verifying payroll reports.
- Hands-on experience across the entire HR portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills, proven ability to build relationships.
- Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- This role is full-time, in office.
- Annual salary $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
