Our client, a leader in the telecom industry, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support their fast-paced. This is an excellent opportunity for someone highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented who thrives in a dynamic and cross-functional environment. Please note, this will be a 1-year contract with the potential for an extension or to go on permanent.

Benefits & Perks
  • Compensation: $20 to $22/hour.
  • 1 year contract with potential for an extension or to go permanent.
  • Please note, this role is Remote, but candidate must live in Canada and work EST hours.
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Responsibilities
  • Track and approve time and attendance for agents to support payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of agents, including leaves of absence and return-to-work processes.
  • Manage and track equipment and collateral for agents; coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Handle provincial D2D permit applications, renewals, and tracking.
  • Submit and manage expense reports for all agents in SAP; liaise with Finance to resolve issues.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Office Administration, Sales or Human Resources.
  • 2–3 years of administrative or coordination experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with departments such as HR, Finance, and IT.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
  • SAP experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
