- Assisting in the preparation and completion of legal documents and pleadings
- Opening and closing files and diarizing deadlines
- Filling paper and electronic documents and updating the document management system
- Drafting and editing various correspondence in both English and French
- Calendar and email management as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Previous administrative experience in a corporate office setting
- Legal or administrative assistant diploma or certificate
- Strong MS Office skills
- An eye for detail with an ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
