About the Opportunity:
As a Civil Construction Project Manageryou will be at the helm of high-impact infrastructure projects, leading every phase from planning and procurement to execution and closeout. Your leadership will be essential in managing budgets, timelines, and teams, ensuring that projects meet client expectations and regulatory standards while maintaining safety and quality.
 
About the Position:
As a Project Manager, you’ll define project scopes, budgets, and schedules and oversee day-to-day operations in coordination with internal teams, clients, engineers, and subcontractors. You’ll also be responsible for implementing best practices in construction management and ensuring all safety, environmental, and compliance standards are upheld.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage civil construction projects from start to finish, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and safety standards.
  • Monitor project costs, quality, and progress through regular reporting and site visits.
  • Identify and manage project risks, maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
  • PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of municipal infrastructure, excavation, site servicing, and utility coordination
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
