We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst for a 6-month contract position focused on supporting the implementation of a new Contract Management System (CMS). This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in working closely with supply chain and legal departments. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen ability to elicit requirements, analyze data, support change management efforts, and ensure that the CMS solution aligns with business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with supply chain and legal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for system implementation.

  • Support the configuration, testing, and deployment phases of the new CMS.

  • Conduct data analysis to streamline contract workflows and improve process efficiency.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to ensure alignment and gather feedback.

  • Develop training materials and documentation to support user adoption.

  • Contribute to change management activities to ensure smooth transition to the new system.

  • Track project deliverables and support project coordination as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with prior involvement in supply chain and/or legal domains.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing contract management systems (CMS).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and stakeholder engagement.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Hands-on experience with specific CMS platforms.

  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent certification
