About the Opportunity:
The Analyst is responsible for providing proactive, hands-on technical support across its office environment. This role ensures the reliability and availability of the firm’s desktop computing systems and related technology, contributing to seamless day-to-day operations and outstanding internal service delivery.
This is a high-visibility position that involves direct interaction with senior staff and multiple business units. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and problem solver with a proactive, client-focused approach.

About the Position:
As an Analyst, (IT Support), your duties include:

Technical Support
  • Lead technical onboarding and setup for new hires.
  • Provide in-person and remote IT support to end users.
  • Support video conferencing and event technology, including setup and troubleshooting.
  • Offer first-level mobile device support (smartphones, tablets).
  • Participate in the rollout of new hardware and software.
  • Manage escalated incidents from the central Help Desk.
  • Maintain and support local IT infrastructure (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, etc.).
  • Monitor, manage, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for system and process improvements.
  • Assist with hardware decommissioning and disposal.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by leadership.
Administrative Support
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain ticketing system updates.
  • Assist with testing and quality assurance for new or updated applications.
  • Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory and records.
Special Projects
  • Contribute to project-based work and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned systems.
  • Support research, planning, and execution of technology initiatives.

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent experience/certifications).
  • 3+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a professional services or corporate setting.
  • Strong technical proficiency in desktop hardware, software, and IT systems.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing tools (e.g., Webex, Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting).
  • Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Citrix.
  • Knowledge of mobile device management platforms.
  • Experience supporting specialized industry applications is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-level support.
  • Strong commitment to client service and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and available for occasional overtime and after-hours support.
Compensation:
  • Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
  • 3-4 weeks’ vacation
