We’ve partnered with an established public practice firm in Downtown Vancouver that is looking for an Audit Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience.
About the Position
As an audit manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of both public and private clients. Some of the duties include but are not limited to:

About the Position
As an audit manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of both public and private clients. Some of the duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage the full audit cycle, including planning, fieldwork, and final reporting, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Lead risk assessments, determine materiality levels, and oversee audit testing to ensure an effective and focused approach.
- Review financial statements prepared under ASPE, IFRS, or other relevant frameworks for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support on complex accounting and audit matters, offering clear guidance to both clients and team members.
- Recommend improvements to clients’ internal controls, risk management, and operational processes.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training and feedback to support their development.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the audit, maintaining strong communication and relationships.
- Identify opportunities to streamline audit procedures and improve overall engagement efficiency.
- Designated CPA
- 5+ years of audit experience, preferably in public practice.
- Proven leadership abilities, including team management and mentorship experience.
- Proficiency in audit software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
- Discretionary bonus

- 3 weeks’ vacation
