This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate environment and has experience supporting C-suite executives.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll provide a broad range of administrative support, helping to keep the executive team organized, efficient, and well-prepared. Your responsibilities will include calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, internal and external communication, and general administrative duties. • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and organize logistics
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist with budget tracking, variance reporting, and processing vendor payments
  • Maintain confidential records and documents with discretion and professionalism
  • Support special projects including research, reporting, and coordination of deliverables
  • Ensure smooth communication flow across the executive and broader teams

  • Highly organized with exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Tech-savvy with strong MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
Qualifications

  • Experience in the insurance, finance, or professional services sector is a strong asset
  • Available to start immediately and open to transitioning to a permanent full-time, in-office role
Compensation
