Position Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the development and construction teams in managing and executing multi-phase residential and mixed-use projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will assist in coordinating consultants, contractors, schedules, and project documentation to ensure the successful delivery of landmark projects shaping Vancouver’s skyline and neighborhoods, working with a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers in coordinating all phases of development and construction.
  • Organize, track, and maintain project documentation including drawings, permits, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely responses and workflow.
  • Assist in preparing and updating construction schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Monitor progress and flag risks or delays to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate and attend site meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items.
  • Support procurement processes and maintain up-to-date logs of materials and trades.
  • Participate in quality control reviews, site inspections, and close-out procedures.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in construction or development, preferably in residential or mixed-use projects.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
