Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with our Corporate client in Winnipeg to hire a Human Resources Coordinator for an immediate temporary opportunity. This role is ideal for someone highly detail-oriented who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and is familiar with SAP or other HRIS platforms. You'll be an essential part of ensuring data accuracy, supporting hiring processes, and maintaining employee records.

- Assisting the recruitment team with preparing and issuing offer letters.
- Enter and maintain employee information in SAP (start dates, salaries, actions).
- Track, review, and follow up on orientation paperwork; ensure all required documents are entered into SAP.
- Close out requisitions and recruitment files.
- Act on behalf of the recruiter to enter all recruitment-related actions into the HR system.
- Provide general HR administrative support and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR representative or HR Coordinator role.
- Experience with HRIS systems required; SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Experience writing and preparing offer letters is an asset.
- HR diploma or post-secondary education is preferred; however a combination of education and experience will be considered
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to ask questions and seek clarity when needed.
- Ability to understand and follow written procedures and documentation.
- Quick learner who is comfortable with HR systems and process work.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
