Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with our client to recruit a Receptionist based in Winnipeg for an immediate temporary opportunity covering a maternity leave position.

Responsibilities:
  • Reception, welcome visitors, handle incoming calls
  • Arrange for visitor parking
  • Set up new vendors and ensure that invoices are sent out and also paid in a timely manner 
  • Assist with shipping and receiving requests 
  • Email internal departments and responding to email requests.
  • Prepare correspondence 
  • Organize courier requests.
  • Various administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 1 plus years of Reception experience within an office environment including data entry and administration.
  • Post secondary education is an asset 
  • Previous experience in a Corporate working setting is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and multitask in a professional office setting
